PRODUCTS OVERVIEW

CPU Tech was founded on the vision of bringing compatible and affordable SoC technology to any market.  In achieving this vision, we have developed breakthrough tools and technology which greatly improve the performance, quality, reliability and power of systems development and integration.

This technology and IP has evolved into the Acalis family of Field Programmable MultiCores (FPMCs).  These scalable, high performance and low power devices also address high value critical computing needs by providing tamper protection and are available from a trusted and secure source.  By providing this protection along with numerous processors, memories, controllers, interfaces and other critical functions, Acalis uniquely addresses the needs of industries such as financial, military & aerospace, and communications, along with many others that maintain critical infrastructure.

The development tools are called SystemLab®.  With the SystemLab PS™ platform simulator you can perform real-time simulation and validation of complete electronic systems running actual software while providing visibility into every wire, every memory, every processor and every line of code.  The built in regression capabilities allow you to setup and run qualification tests automatically while the fault analysis capabilities allow you to perform specific or random tests to validate critical reliability points.
SystemLab PS has been successful in simultaneously simulating and validating 15 major subsystems of a vehicle with each subsystem having 1-5 processors and running millions of lines of software code.

CPU Tech has utilized and proven these tools and technology in developing and modernizing many complex systems over the last 18 years.  We are currently in production of several critical and complex components for BAE System’s Bradley Combat System.  These components include the PIB and TDCU II.  The PIB was developed and validated with SystemLab tools and a prototype was delivered within 92 days of receiving the technical data package.  The TDCU II was also developed and validated with SystemLab tools and utilizes the Acalis CPU420 to significantly reduce the number of boards while enabling the addition of new functionality.
